EXTRA BABY CLINIC

Due to baby clinic being cancelled Christmas Day and New Years Day we are holding an extra baby clinic on New Years Eve 10.30am - 12pm. There will be a doctor, nurse and health visitor present.

This year we have joined forces with Metro Radio to support Mission Christmas which is a fantastic charity supporting children who are living in poverty all over the North East. The Grove Medical Group is an official drop off point for this years campaign, collecting toys and gifts for children aged 0-18. These gifts must be unopened and not in wrapping paper. Donations are being accepted until 13th December.

Cancellation of Baby Clinics

There will be no baby clinic on Wednesday 20th November 2019 and Wednesday 20th March 2020 due to staff training.

For medical assistance when the surgery is closed please dial 111 or visit your local pharmacy. For Urgent medical attention dial 999

 

Contact Details

DISABLED ACCESS:  Access to the surgery is by means of a ramp.  The doorway to the waiting room has been designed to allow easy access for wheelchairs and most of the consulting rooms can be accessed without negotiating steps.  There is a disabled person’s toilet on the groung floor.

PARKING:  There is a car park to the right of the building for the use of patients.  However, the practice can accept no responsibility for theft or damage to parked vehicles.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:  The following buses stop at the top of the Grove:

Arriva – 42A, 42B, 44B, 45A, 45B, M46, 56, 414, 434.

Stagecoach – 30, 31, 32, 32A, 33.
