PRESCRIPTION NOTICE

Please note we will only be able to supply 28 days of medication at a time, this is due to new guidance to help with supply issues.  Please do not order medication if you have enough at home and only order when it is needed again this will help with the supply issues.

Due to the high demand in requests for prescriptions the turn around time is now 72hrs. We are working hard to process these requests as quickly as we can. Please only order if you are due to run out.

BABY CLINIC

BABY CLINICS WILL STILL BE HELD EVERY WEDNESDAY AS USUAL BUT THERE WILL BE NO HEALTH VISITOR AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE AND YOU MUST BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, WALK IN APPOINTMENTS NOT AVAILABLE. WE DO ADVISE THAT PLANNED IMMUNISATIONS SHOULD GO AHEAD AND THESE WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM A GP.

Customer service formWe make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

If you wish to complain regarding care you have received from the practice please download and complete the complaint form below. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and then be in touch once it has been investigated thoroughly by our practice manager. Please see 'Complaints procedure' for further information.
